Premixed in oil, so there is no bacteriostatic water: the strength on the label and the dose go in, and the mL and the syringe reading come out.

Premixed in oil, usually 200mg/mL in 5mL vials — Frequency: 2x weekly — Best taken: same days each week (e.g. Mon/Thu), any time

Testosterone can raise the effect of blood thinners like warfarin (INR needs closer monitoring) and can lower blood sugar in people on insulin or diabetes medication. It can raise blood pressure and hematocrit and suppresses natural testosterone and sperm production. Regular blood work and blood pressure checks are part of treatment — use it only under a prescribing doctor.
Premixed in oil, not reconstituted. The strength comes from the vial label (usually 200mg/mL); at 200mg/mL one U-100 syringe unit is 2mg. Store at room temperature — refrigeration can crystallise it.
Testosterone Enanthate is premixed in oil, so there is no water to add. The strength printed on the vial label sets how much one syringe unit holds. One unit is 0.01 mL on a U-100 insulin syringe.
| Strength | Amount in one unit | Units per mg |
|---|---|---|
| 100 mg/mL | 1 mg | 1 |
| 200 mg/mL | 2 mg | 0.5 |
| 250 mg/mL | 2.5 mg | 0.4 |
Label numbers from the Dosify Me data, used to show the arithmetic. Not a recommendation of any quantity.
At 200 mg/mL, 100 mg of Testosterone Enanthate is 0.5 mL, which reads 50 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (each unit holds 2 mg).
0.25 mL at 200 mg/mL, or 25 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. At 100 mg/mL the same dose is 0.5 mL, so check the strength printed on your vial.
No. Testosterone Enanthate comes premixed in oil at the strength printed on the label, so there is nothing to reconstitute. The calculator only needs the strength and the dose.
1 cc is the same volume as 1 mL. At 200 mg/mL, 1 mL holds 200 mg and 0.5 mL holds 100 mg; at 100 mg/mL, 1 mL is 100 mg. The strength is printed on the vial label.
A 5 mL vial at 200 mg/mL holds 1000 mg in total. Divide that by the dose you draw: 100 mg per injection gives 10 injections, 50 mg gives 20 injections.
2x weekly. Same days each week (e.g. Mon/Thu), any time.
Store at room temperature, 20-25°C (68-77°F), away from light. Do not refrigerate: cold can make it crystallise. If crystals appear, warming and shaking the vial should dissolve them.

Figures come from the Dosify Me compound database for Testosterone Enanthate: concentration is the vial amount ÷ the water volume, and syringe units are the volume in mL × 100 on a U-100 syringe.
